The Janitor Dances [Poetry]

This is a poem by Danny Barbare.

Says the janitor, it’s the

  best

time of the week

  to do what

  the broom and the

  mop

  taught me

make the ball room floor

  shine.

Danny P. Barbare has been published recently in The Aurorean, Columbia College Literary Review, and Cardinal Sins. He resides in the Upstate of the Carolinas.
